Attire Casual attire is suggested for all events. Sundresses, polo shirts/slacks and Cortland gear are commonly worn at events held at the Parks Alumni House.

Check-in and information Alumni who are not attending an event before 1 p.m. on Friday, July 12 are asked to check in when arriving on campus in Corey Union, Room 209 from 1 to 7 p.m. on Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Reunion booklets with the full weekend schedule, name tags, and light refreshments will be available. If you are attending an event prior to 1 p.m. on Friday, your nametag will be provided to you at your event.

Registration required Most events, especially those that have a fee associated with them, require registration for entry. Due to space and food limitations, the Alumni Association cannot guarantee space availability the day of the event. Please register by Sunday, June 30.
Lodging on campus On-campus lodging will be available in Glass Tower Hall. More information can be found here.
Parking Parking will be available on-campus at all designated parking locations (please review the campus parking map). Please note that attendees should not attempt to park in locations designated for service vehicles, timed meters, no overnight parking or accessible parking (without valid tags). You will be responsible for any fees associated with parking in non-designated areas. There is complimentary parking courtesy of the Alumni Association in the CAS paid lot on Prospect Terrace near Neubig Hall, which can be utilized overnight.
Parking for the Parks Alumni House will be available on Tompkins Street (during Alumni Reunion parking time limits are removed).
How can I support Alumni Reunion? Sponsor packages for Alumni Reunion and the Red and White Golf Classic are available. Sponsorships are a great way to promote your business, honor a friend or show your support of SUNY Cortland. Please contact Jonah Reardon '13 for more details.
Fitness and Recreation The Student Life Center and outdoor recreational areas between the SLC and Park Center (formerly known as PER) will be available and complimentary to all alumni during Alumni Reunion Weekend. To utilize the SLC you will need to sign a waiver prior to each use.
Reunion refund policy Based upon the reservations we receive for Reunion, we make commitments to caterers and vendors and are obligated to pay them accordingly. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, your request must be received by Alumni Engagement no later than June 30 at 607-753-2516. After this date, no refunds will be given.
Shuttle Service Unfortunately, shuttle service is not available to area hotels this year. A shuttle will be provide to and from Corey Union to the Parks Alumni House on Saturday between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
