"I See You: BIPOC Professionals in Predominately White Occupations" is a collaborative panel series from SUNY Cortland Career Services, Multicultural Life and Diversity Office and the Alumni Association. BIPOC alumni have the opportunity to speak with students and alumni about their experiences working in a predominately white occupation. Specifically discussing difficulties they have faced, how they persevere through them and their road to success.
