During Reunion, check-in will be available in Corey Union, Room 209 from 1-9 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday. Be sure to stop by if you have a question and our friendly staff will be available to assist you.


Casual attire is suggested for all events. Sundresses and polo shirts/slacks are commonly worn at events held at the Parks Alumni House.


Reunion is being conducted at a location that meets the accessibility needs of individuals with disabilities unless otherwise specified. The ground level of the Parks Alumni House is accessible. Please contact the Alumni Engagement at 607-753-2516 for additional information or special assistance.

Check In and Information

Alumni are asked to check in when arriving on campus. Check in and information will be available from 1-9 p.m. on Friday and from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday in Corey Union, Room 209. Reunion packets, name tags and Reunion t-shirts/hats may be picked up/purchased at the check in table. Class sign-in sheets and refreshments will be available.

Child Care

If you would like to receive a list of students who might be able to babysit, contact the SUNY Cortland Student Employment Service at 607-753-2223.

Dietary Restrictions

Individuals with dietary restrictions are asked to contact Alumni Engagement in advance of Reunion so that accommodations may be made. Please call 607-753-2516. 

Directions to Red and White Golf Classic

The Red and White Golf Classic will be held at Cortland Country Club, 4514 State Route 281. Take exit 12 off of I-81. Follow exit signs marked Ithaca, turn left onto Route 281. After approximately 1/10 mile, turn left onto the Cortland Country Club driveway. Follow the driveway to the clubhouse.

Pre-Registration Required

The events listed as "pre-registration required" on the Reunion Schedule Events, require pre-registration for entry. Due to space and food limitations, the Alumni Association cannot guarantee space availability the day of the event.

Housing on Campus

If you would like to stay on campus during Reunion, you may reserve a room in Dragon Hall, the newest, air conditioned residence hall. Review Dragon Hall procedures.


There is free complimentary parking courtesy of the Alumni Association in the ASC lot on Prospect Terrace. Those with special parking needs should contact Alumni Engagement for directions and permits. If you must park, even for a short time, in a no parking zone, contact the Parking Department at 607-753-4123 for permission. 


Class group/photos will be taken by Isaf-Merkur Photography. Photo times will be listed on the Schedule of Events. Photos will be available for purchase at the time the photo is taken and will be mailed after the weekend.

Following Reunion, please send your photos to the Alumni Engagement at Photos will be compiled in a gallery and shared with all alumni.

Registration Fee

The Registration fee helps defray Reunion expenses, including mailings, packets, shuttle buses and facility set-up. The early bird fee, paid by Friday, June 2, for each adult is $15. After June 2,the fee is $20. This cost is waived for Half Century Club Members (Class of 1967 and earlier). Guests of this group pay only $15. All Alumni who register using the online form will have their fee waived. All registrations are due by Friday, June 30.

Reunion Refund Policy

Based upon the reservations we receive for Reunion, we make commitments to caterers and vendors and are obligated to pay them accordingly. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, your request must be received by Alumni Engagement no later than noon on Friday, June 30. After this date, no refunds will be given.

Shuttle Service

The College will provide a shuttle buss on Friday and Saturday during Reunion Weekend. Alumni should call 607-423-9449 ‚Äčin order to be picked up. The shuttle will Pick-up and Drop-off at the Parks Alumni House, Corey Union, and hotels within Cortland. Shuttle service is NOT available for guest staying at the Days Inn or Hope Lake Lodge.

Wi-Fi/Internet Connection 

Alumni may connect to the Cortland server using the Cortland-guest network and their personal email account. Computers in Corey Union are available to use during the weekend. A username and password will be provided next to the computers for those who wish to access them.
